Data we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we process the details you provide: name, company, email address, telephone number, country, enquiry type, indicative yacht length, timeline and your message.

We do not request or store financial information, identity documents or special category data.

Why we process it

Your details are used solely to review your enquiry and to respond to it, or to direct it to the relevant contact where you have asked for that. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box before submission.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to deal with the request and any follow-up, after which it is deleted.

Cookies and analytics

Only strictly necessary storage is used by default, to remember your cookie choice and language. Analytics and marketing tools are loaded only after you give consent, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time from the cookie preferences.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to processing. Contact us using the address on the contact page and we will respond within one month.
